48 degrees - 48 degrees - that is what is showing on my computer for the temperature right now here in Tennessee. It certainly has cooled off. Yesterday was Jeans and a t-shirt. No more capris or shorts.
Fall is definitely here.

The week has gone by real fast. Here it is already Saturday and I am wondering - Where did the week go?

When we were young I can remember how long the day seemed especially when we were in school waiting for the end of school day bell to ring. Even working it seemed like forever before the end of my shift. Now the days just fly by. I thought retirement would be boring - but it isn't. There doesn't seem to be enough hours in a day or days in a week.

We didn't do much this week, just hung around the house and did the usual chores and then some shopping. I didn't even watch the boys yesterday. Their Dad took the day off because he had gone on a business trip and didn't get back until late, so he took a comp day.I miss them. Casey called and told Eli )10 month old) took 2 steps. By the time I have next friday he will probably be walking.

Today Rodger is planning to work outside and I got laundry and ironing to do.
