Cooking Tip... Easy Chicken Pot Pie


This weekend while I was sick I looked for some easy recipes to cook for dinner. Here is one we had last. night. Rodger enjoyed it and went back for second's. Said this was a keeper. Hope you enjoy it.

Prep: 15 minutes
Bake: 20 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
3 T. extra light virgin oil
2 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
2 (15 ounce) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
3 chicken breast
1 cup milk
1 8 count container Grands biscuits

Directions:

Heat the oven to 400°F. 
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown in extra light virgin oil.
Add soup, milk and vegetables.
Cook for about 5 minutes
Pour into a baking dish.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place on top of chicken mixture
Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are done and golden brown.
